Pic related is Jewish. Things we consider occult used to be an important part of mainstream religion up until a few centuries ago. They were practiced by specialists, but using your horoscope or divination to talk to angels used to be a relatively normal thing. More normal than going to a psychic today. Things we now call magic are still perfectly normal in eastern religion like Buddhism. They still consult star charts, cast alligator teeth and use oracles because the enlightenment wasn't really needed in Asia to prevent all the religious bloodshed like it was in Europe.
