>>11524431So I read the Necronomicon (Al Azif) a couple times, a long time ago. In the book it described this fellow wandering around the desert looking for dead wizards to eat a piece of, as many wizards did.
The nose was listed among other potent pieces of dead wizard to consume, plus the mentioning of a particularly powerful, and mostly already consumed, wizard laying dead under the Sphinx.
But the book I've heard is also a fabrication, so, just spitballing.
