Its practically impossible to get a coherent show out of fishtank footage because it requires you to see so much stuff that is happening concurrently. Its only when the tank is whittled down to a handful of people that it becomes somewhat plausible to make decent episodes out of it. Even then you never really get information as to why people like this or that contestant. In the episodic form of the show Josie is basically never present yet she suddenly sweeps in for a victory at the very end, the episodic format of the show is basically the Letty show.
If you did an episodic format of Season 2 you would NEVER understand why people like Tayleigh or even Shinji, all of their fans are derived from the quiet moments when nothing was happening and they just chatted up the TTS for hours. Jimmy and Trish would come out pretty evenhandedly in an episodic format of the show since Jimmy was so over the top with his monologues and Trish confided in people like Abi when she did stuff. Tay and Shinji on the other hand were popular via personality and her crochet hours and Shinji's podcast time wont be included.
