SO, they find patsies to do it. Look at how Seth Rich was murdered, glows gave one of their informants a gun from evidence cabinet with no numbers / not traceable. Told said informant to rough this guy up, steal his laptop, ect ect. It turns into a murder. None the wiser it was just some messican rat who shot and killed a random dude sipping on coffee.
