just watch this. we could do scy scraper places. the places which are populated by single family homes, they get demolished completely and we put 70 stories skyscraper in them. like 12 of them, and give each family 3-4 etages. we can have 1000 people in a 12 skyscraper place and the open place inbetween the skyscrapers can be filled with gardens of all types, with performance stages and places to hang out, artificial seas for ducks and fishes and big communital halls where people have their cinemas, sports places, hobby rooms, libraries and all.
