>>9751469your pic reminded me. where i live i noticed a trend. Asian women seem to wear open toe shoes more often than any other race, not sure if its a culture thing or something but they break out the open toe shoes before anyone else and sometimes even during the winter.
Second most frequent is african women, i know thats common where they are from but they even do it in winter here, youd think they wouldnt be able to handle our cold. Also she wasn't exactly barefoot but i saw a black girl waking around school in just socks the other day lol surprised me
