i decided to drop blasphemous btw. as smooth as the combat is the platforming just feels jankier and jankier as time goes on and really sparse fast travel/shortcuts means you end up spending a lot of time redoing platforming you've already done at the risk of instant death at any point of a 5 minute portion.
on the bright side code vein is pretty good so far though the writing is laughably heavy handed
