There's a weird blotch of haplogroup J1 up there too, very out of place.
Africa is more connected that you realize, plenty of sub-Saharan groups came from the Nile valley as proven by genetics, linguistics, and oral traditions. Ethiopia is less relevant than Sudan as well.
