Japanese are undeniably the highest tier race in Asia. I would also add only peak Europe could beat them. They are truly among the highest races.
To be fair to China, they are also an old civilisation with it's merits but they can't achieve Japan's sophistication. To be honest, the world without Whites and Japanese would be hell on earth and all other races are nigger tier with minor difference.
