"Yes, I am focused only a single collective group of people, and that is "People who are actively bringing harm to innocents, society, or wish to bring harm to innocents and society, specifically in the areas of child crime, violent rhetoric or action, cult indoctrination, dehumanization, human trafficking, and the abuse and normalization of abuse towards minors and animals."
In a weird way, it's a broad statement that says "My only focus is bad guys in general, a very specific type of bad guy, that my interest of them gets localized and focused because they fell into the fuller picture, of which is all I care about. For the bad guy, or other observers without full context, it looks hyper-focused, or localized, but it isn't, just something unique for that. It feels personal, because the localization is, but the reality is that "it's nothing to do with the individuals themselves, but rather what they've done."
If you are a bad guy, who does these things, you are just as on the table as others, but if you are not, aka, "A normal, mildly awkward human being trying to find purpose and meaning in your life" I don't really care and I'm trying to keep you safe from the bad guys who want to hurt you, hurt your family, hurt your community, because they are lost in their own subjective sauce that comes at the cost of others.
So tl;dr; The answer depends on your perspective and if you are asking the localized specter that works in this particular instance, or the man behind the curtain.
