i actually do have 0 experience with kanji unfortunately. i've got plenty of time developing listening skills but none developing reading skills before the class started and we haven't gotten to kanji in that yet.
campaigning the japanese government to abandon kanji altogether and add spaces to their writing system to compensate once i'm fluent
