We are a whiny generation, which is poisoned by the opium of the masses (free pornography, cheap beer and fast food), and everyone knows this too. No one wants to rise up against injustice (even if it's only injustice in his own eyes) or contribute more than some lame comments. Me too. We have surpassed the critical mass of politically interested people in our generation. All one wants is a good job and a cheap flat. Then we bask in this hollow security, despite the knowledge, that soon enough we will experience a catastrophe: Our livelihood dries up thanks to capitalistic depletion, our ideals die in the lethargy of daily life, and our libido is murdered in the drawers we put it in.
We are the insecure generation, due to security and the will to sacrifice everything to it, because standard of living is everything.
