If losing weight was fast and easy, then noone would ever be fat.
Okay, so let me explain. It's simple :
- Caloric Surplus = Gain Weight
- Caloric Deficit = Lose weight.
What this means is that if you absorb more calories than you expend, you gain weigh, because there's a surplus.
If you expend more calories than you absorb, then you lose weigh, because there is a deficit..
So basically : Eat Less Food and Do More Excersice.
