The pharisees who blasphemed the Holy Ghost by calling Jesus Beelzebub would be these people, and false prophets (preachers) fall under this category. That's why so many catholic priests go after strange flesh because they preach the false gospel of work salvation and they end up becoming reprobates. It's one thing to be deceived, and it's a whole different story if you become the "deceiver" and take more people to hell with you. Romans 1 describes sodomites as reprobates, that they were given over to a reprobate mind because they rejected the truth and hated God. A lot of elites may know the truth, but simply cannot believe to be saved, in many cases.
