I'm a uni student but the problem with uni students, and particulary among the stem field, is the God aweful social skills of the lot of us.
So I'm a sophomore and it's my first year on campus. In my Calc class there's this girl I want to talk to. By happinstance I see her in the lounge at our school library. I immediately head for the bathroom to think about my options. I either ignore and go on with my day or take a shot. She might be busy or just taking a break right after our Calc class.

I can't really tell if she's annoyed I pressed on or if she just realized we might have known each other. This is the part I'm kicking myself over now. If I had I troduced myself in class, this might not have occurred?

I didn't want to press on after this cuz I took a look at her computer screen and it looked like she was doing some comp Sci assignment. Either ways, by bringing the Calc class to her attention, I thought I at least had some sort of plausible deniability (keep in mind I see this person three times a week) and I could pretend the whole thing never occurred. Anyways, did I fuck up? Could I have done something else.
