if you don't have a sleep disorder i'd heavily recommend getting better at sleeping by going to bed earlier and all the generic dumb bullshit boomers tell you to do
honestly as someone who slept very little i can tell you it's better on the other side
on the other hand if you've got insomnia then i really hope you can get some medication for those truly awful and sleepless nights
