A lot of philosophical strife that derives from the disgust of modernity being without beauty stems not from rejection of the modern but longing for the beauty of divinity found in the infinitely more beautiful nature. This is why traditional societies would seek to emulate nature’s perfection of both form and function through things like sacred geometry, a sort of false emulation of nature’s elucidation whose approximation is good enough.
