Too much to hope for? New implants in the meat of the shaft? The dull discomfort which comes in flashes is like in the meat in the highlighted area.
I remember when I cut my nipple off, after I was done cutting it off, the blunt pain would come in flashes as I was trying to go to sleep. That was much more physically painful than this but the sensation of the flashes of dull pain was similar.
New implants in the meat, not inserted through the urethra? I hope not.
