>>18941363Set oven to 225 degrees. Put some chicken thighs in there for 2 hours. Finish them at 325 for 20 minutes. Saute one onion and one bell pepper in a pan. Cook some brown rice (you can do this in a lot if you don't have a rice cooker). Put the rice on a plate, put your veggies on top and put the chicken thighs on last. Now you have a large meal that costs about $9 and should make you very full. It's also pretty healthy if you don't go overboard with salt and butter. Picrel is what I made the other night with drumsticks and white rice instead. It's my only meal of the day mostly.
