>>12081636well you carefully assess how you got yourself into that situation and then slowly start taking steps into the right direction. i really believe that if you understand what happened and change your future decisions accordingly no situation is hopeless. sure it will take some time, but your life will slowly improve and you will feel that and it will motivate you more and more to stay on your new path.
so do whatever you need to get some distance now, go for a long walk, sit for a few hours on a beautiful place and just let your thoughts run free. face your inadequacies and you will know how you can do better. then go back and just go about your everyday life again. act accordingly. things will get better.
