How a Judas Goat Operative is generally made:
A- They find someone predisposed to commit a crime, or someone psychologically vulnerable to be manipulated to commit a crime. Like a highly autistic person that they entrap in a national socialist forum.
B- They eventually make this person to have a certain material on the internet, for the sake of that being used by the media, so the media might defame government dissidents.
For example, they get a sock puppet to post videos on a Telegram chat or 4chan regularly, or make that person to have a Facebook page, just like Brenton Tarrant did, and then that person is supposed to post "alt-right" material on the elected platform/s.
C- They make the person to commit a mass shooting or any sorts of crimes that the media may use to turn people's attention.
D- The media promptly uses the material of the mass shooter (or criminal) available on the internet to create a narrative that this person was a member of the "alt-right", or "incel movement", "white supremacism", or any term they use to label people who are a threat to them.
And then they keep milking that event on and on and on...
Events like these are also used to suppress individual liberties.
