Really, you should avoid having a smart phone if possible since it's nothing more than a glorified bug that you pay for.
But it can connect to the internet so obviously, very few people are going to throw out their iphone for a brick.
Things which you can do that PROBABLY (but not certainly) reduce their spy network are;
1. Delete ALL google related apps on your phone. Google is evil and it is owned by jews.
2. Get a box. Add padding on the inside and outside. Store your phone in there when at home. Keep the box away from conversation areas.
#2 is more important if you have redpilled friends who discuss things in your home. Have them store their phones in the Quiet Box too.
And tell them about VRS. The world must know to FUCK CAPTCHAS!
