For the last 10 years I've been on nicotine lozenges and they've cost me several thousands of dollars in dental repairs. Fillings fall out, crowns don't last, it's a fucking mess. The only good repair has been my one implant. My most recent quote to fix my teeth was $40K. I should have just kept smoking.
