taking their advice and these "studies" which are no different from drug companies telling you to take their drug even though the side effects are worse than the illness it is supposed to cure. the best way to go about this is herd immunity. just like humanity has always done since the start of existence.
all this containment is only going to make corona a new flu that comes to bite every year. and the damage has already been done in that regard. Do we contain every flu season? no. And we shouldn't. because oxymoronically, it is healthier to get sick and allow the immune system to rebuild itself stronger than to stay in a clean environment where our immune systems are allowed to grow weak
