I understand the meaning, german has a nice way to combine words but that as a standalone have quite the power on itself.
Other examples of such words would be:
Jayus, from indonesian, means a joke so bad and poorly told you end up laughing anyway
Iktsuarpok, from inuit, means the act to go check if there are people coming
Saudade, from br means "to miss something/someone" but its actually a feeling, really hard to translate in its full meaning, like its hard to describe happiness
Cafuné, also from br, is a kind of head pat, but you stroke the hair and head of the other. Its a lot more closer then just patting
