>>19822445They're instinctively a guarding breed so they can be aloof with strangers. Proper socialization and training helps with this but they will always be wary of strangers. The one's I've had were very keyed in to its owners body language, if a stranger came to the door and my wife was apprehensive about them, the dog will very much be on edge. If it's someone we know or we're comfortable with the dog was fine.
