The wages of sin is death. Not just physical death, as we all die. But the second death, the lake of fire!

You cannot work your way to heaven by doing good, the only way to have everlasting life is by faith in Jesus Christ.

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and pray for him to save you. Put all of your faith in Jesus, that he died on the cross for all of your sins, past and future, and you will be saved and have everlasting life, meaning you cannot lose it. It's a free gift of God! No work required, just faith! If you sinned after you are saved, God will punish you, but you will go to heaven.
