i only buy whole chickens actually because my autism makes me feel like anything else is wasteful and too asspenssive.
well i made this jar of duck meat by just pulling the meat off the bones with my hands and then mashing a bit with a wooden spatula. looks pretty mushed no? so you should be able to achieve whatever consistency you need.
i don't like tacos i think. that flatbread pretty meh and they're also a hassle to eat.
