Nowadays, Americans are too retarded and indoctrinated by big oil to see what they've lost. American-style suburbs and urban design are literally an invention of oil corporations, and design to milk your money right into their pockets. Public transport sucks, and you canog go anywhere without having to spend your hard earned money on a gar and gas, its literally like a lifelong tax.
Walkable cities that are designed for people, not cars, increase local business, decrease emissions, cut down commute times significantly, are more convenient, improve health, prevent you from spending thousands on gas, just look fkn better, and best of all, cuck the big corporations and their shitty propaganda.
Honestly, all you have to do to brainwash an American nowadays is relate some idea to trying to take away their freedom, or convince them that said idea is communism, and they will believe it. Zero contemplation or critical thinking required.
Just look how beautiful this road in Jersey City looks when they stopped letting corporations influence city design. Fucking gorgeous
