It demands the blood sacrifice of your child, seems to typically be your firstborn son. Most of the jewish cities openly practicing moloch worship were destroyed by white civilizations for being an abomination unto the gods as they found them. Some of the ones to survive longer would instead sacrifice a slave child instead. That got pushed into hiding so they only did it in secret and only with rabbi's, not the whole public, and they would use slave children instead of their own. To follow their gods bloodlust demands they started cutting their sons dick so as to bleed for their god, and not have to kill it outright. This eventually also was forced upon the slaves and slave children, both as a mark of ownership and as a way to feed moloch. The jewish religion they are based upon are a surviving branch of moloch worshipers that hid themselves enough not to be exterminated wholly.
