The average flip is not conservative. Asians vote democrat at the highest rate in the nation after nogs. And they serve in the military at a much lower rate than Whites. Your experience with Filipinos was outside the norm.
Pic related is from exit polling data from the 2016 US Presidential election. As you can see on average flips are not conservative. ~7 out of 10 are democrats. This data tracks with 2023 voter registration data from Pew Polling. So they aren't moving right. Growing the flip population moves the nation further to the left.
