>>10763754Retarded take my guy. For most of history the West was undeniably on top economically and probably also by whatever the fuck "socially on top" means. Pic related? Seoul, Tokyo, and Beijing have all been (very recently) occupied by Western militaries.
And today we are still full speed ahead in the age of soft imperialism or neocolonialism by Europeans. It's still White people heading and swinging their dicks around in the UN, the big international banks (IMF, World Bank) setting the terms for loans and political developments, and whatever else you can think of. English is the lingua franca of the world; many Asian countries are forced to learn it in grade school. The Gregorian calendar is used over the Chinese or the Korean. Most of the world follows the English work week and wears Western clothing. The biggest companies in the world are companies like Microsoft, IBM, Apple, Facebook, McDonald's, Coca Cola, etc. and they exert social/cultural power and even directly influence political actions.
And regardless, power constantly changes in form and magnitude and it also changes hands over time. We are probably headed towards a multipolar world again.
