But i fail to understand how is the world relevant here. If your perception is changed(based on the current facts that are in your uuuh surroundings) all the time then hmmmm you are in fact the special one(for yourself) in the world limited only to what can make you feel special.
But i guess if by world you meant strict facts and brainwashing isn't a factual event(outside your mind) in the world but only true for yourself(not your whole world) then your desire isn't met huh...
