I used to do heavy lifting right before doing basic exercises. It was something like bench press, squats with weights, bridging, mountain climb, pushups, planking, and some other exercises I don't quite remember. I did them under an hour before taking a very nice cold shower. It was pretty fun and I miss doing them.
