The main, final antagonists of LoGH were literally evil Earth terrorists who acted like saturday morning cartoon villains and had no real personality beyond being comically evil. Which is funny because I think in the previous season or season before, either Dusty or Poplan made a meta-joke saying that LoGH isn't an anime and real people don't laugh maniacally (which the final villains actually do).
And a lot of the asshole Nobles in the mempire early on in the series are pretty one-dimensional and stereotypical.
