think about it you can't live on your own anywhere if you were less competent than an orangutan it defies all logic unless you were reduced to that state from a greater state.
No I'm not saying all black people are like that but the reason they aren't isn't because they're evolving "forward" or but going "backwards"
perhaps if you make a community comprised only of high iq black people and keep adding to it after thousand years or so you'll artificially recreate that state they fell from or at least half of it.
