he even says that the law was given by archons (in the greek, usually translated as angels to hide this) on mt sinai, not God himself. this is a very gnostic viewpoint.
i love when christians quote that "even satan appears as an angel of light" verse, without engaging with the context. he is directly referring to peter and john, who presumably taught a much different, less antimonial doctrine. the book of jude is about him too, and he will be in the darkness of blackness forever according to that epistle.
