Brussels sprouts are great if you add salt and broth cube to water. There are many vegetables that are disgusting when you eat it nearly in raw state and need both time and things to work. Herbs, spices and other with a little add of fat can make tremendous difference on pretty much anything that was first uneatable. Fucking cheese what the hell, do you put goddamn cheese on everything that was not found easy on palette in past, maybe you put it into coffee because it is too bitter for your taste also?
