it didn't make much difference here either but i think it was because i discard the water after all. with soups and stews you eat the broth and rice absorbs it.
damn i didn't know volunteers actually got the bigass firetrucks and fancy gear. thought they like, got called up when the regular fire department needed more hands on deck and used whatever gear they had to spare.
