Did 100 curls each arm with the 5kg's, 100 squats and 25 press-ups today. I could only do about 40 curls each arm a month ago so progress is being made.
When you see your muscles growing it makes you feel good and motivates you even more, the hardest part is getting started with a routine but once you do things become easier as you build it more and more, get over the first hurdle and you're one step closer to making it frens.
