To put it clear, the managerial structure of our institutions are placing top-down constraints upon our abilities to organize politically for whatever reason. Any expert would understand that an adaptive system with the will to survive will deliberate around those constraints and select representation to manage that innovation. This is only possible if we are capable of the creative process necessary to perceive the choices necessary to overcome complications restraining innovation.
Color identity is one of those restraints because identity is a fundamental necessity to the deliberate management of adaptive process in coordination with any political representation with special skills. If color identity is nonviable, it must be discarded for what is.
