sweating, terrible sleep (even if you fall asleep it's shallow and you never rest), more sweating (typing for 5 seconds, popping outside, being in bed for >5 minutes), I wake up wanting to die, extreme and worsening misanthropy, no energy, basically manic episodes sometimes, a kind of depression I didn't have before starting.
at the max dose it maybe helped 20-40% for OCD but I'm suspecting latent t. gondii or PANDAS (strep-related OCD/tic disorders) now.
I've also been on luvox/sertraline, zoloft, lexapro. Mid to high dose, stopped all of them.
Mental illness sucks but these drugs are poison.
Also the side effects start immediately but the slight improvement takes months.
