I believe their goal is to see how they can influence behaviors and decisions by inserting people into your life. Sure they monitor the person everywhere they go but the real key to gangstalking is to interact with the subject and influence the subject. Like a form of therapy where the person doesn’t even know they are in a therapeutic environment. They are the persons girlfriend, their friend at work, their boss, their cashier at 7/11. I think the experiment involves enveloping the subject with assets to influence behaviors. I think it is probably VERY successful depending on the desired outcome.
