Once you realize that you will never have a gf, and thus never have children either, you realize that you got zero real obligations towards the future. It doesn't fucking matter what you do with your life because nobody is ever going to be dependent on you at that point (barring maybe your elderly parents if you care about them), so you can basically do whatever the fuck you want.
