I was wondering
Pretty much every non-anglo country has a website that is the "4chan equivalent" in terms of traffic and number of users relatively to a country's population. For example, France has the
jeuxvideo.com board 18-25, which is radically different from 4chan in terms of format. For exemple here greentext is a thing for some reason and you're limited to 1 image per post. There IS a greentext equivalent in France (i.e telling a story using several one-liners put bit by bit in a coherent gestalt) but the meme format is different. Instead of highlighting sentences with greentext you use tiny reaction pics as ponctuation. That's why the risitas meme which is about these specific tiny reaction pics is almost untranslatable in 4chan. It's a question of meme-compatibility.
So I was thinking, that it's pretty likely that whatever is the finn 4chan equivalent, it must have the same format as the actual 4chan. Am I right?
