Anyways, the industry is fucked and the whole record industry (big difference between record and music industry) is run by an oligopoly called the big 3's they are warner music, Sony music and universal music, basically the same company owned by different jews.
They have a bunch of daughter companies which we call indie labels but are basically half and half owned by the big 3. As a label assistant I had to work as an A&R (artists and repertoire), that's basically a scout and artist development. I worked in then Asien department in guiding Korean artist to be more liked in Europe by writing artist development and trends in Europe to the Korean managers.
Now some more juicy shit. The Asien market is the most fucked up slavery, lack of soul, heartbreaking industry in the world. They slave their children from their birth to become robot idols / front figures for th Youth by making them have no soul or personal opinion. They are groomed to become pop stars and don't write or manage their own music. They are slaves to their record label and slaves to all the brands that want to use them as mascots. They live in idol high schools most of their life and are worked into depression and killing themselves.
Anyways back to me and Europe. One day at lunch I asked my manager what his opinion on the while Korean idol was. He looked at me and just said " I don't know and don't ask me about that again or your fired".
That's when I realized that the industry don't care about humans or music but turning out a product which are idols that other company can use for selling products or services whatever.
The higher music industry is just a farm to produce the perfect mind controlled mascot.
