Soaked them in salt pepper chilli rosemary and worcestershire sauce and some sumac bbq wogmix spice blend, cooked them wrapped in a foil pouch for about an hour @ 160 C then opened the pouch and roasted them for 20 mins at 250C. All the fat melted and crisped up and the bone marrow turned into liquid gold, and the spice blend made an awesome crust on the outside. Made a spicy BBQ sauce from the pan juices and ate the whole fucken lot with my hands. Nothing left but bones. Licked clean for maximum lion satisfaction. Now I sleep heavy for 12 hours.
