Okay, as it turns out, the Black Mirror movie I was thinking of is just a special episode and the movie is a separate thing. And there doesn't seem to be a way to watch the movie properly without jumping back and forth but I'd have to find some kind of list of scenes and where to jump forward to for each choice.
