Or for a male example, how about Joss Whedon (Buffy, Firefly, Avengers) whose dad was a television screen writer. I'm not saying celebrities don't put out any effort but most of them have connections that helped make them successful or in some cases it was right place right time luck. Comparing yourself to them is pointless.
You should try to lose the wait. Eating unhealthy can lower your mood.
