There are no accidental brown people. Evolution does not work that fast. It took 200,000 years to get white from black, you don't get some random browns because they lived in a war climate.
See this guy, he's one of the many ancient pygmy races that still exist today and lives in India; he and another ancient black race are why Indians are brown, same with Arabs.
